8th Call: Mobility Grants (2025)

The 8^th call of the Mobility Grant Program of the Network of European Royal Residences is now open! Apply for one of the 20 grants to realize a mobility in another European Royal Residences! Each grant is up to 1 200 euros !
This program is strictly reserved to the professionals working in a Royal Residence which is member of the Network of European Royal Residences.

Why apply to a Mobility Grants? It’s an unique opportunity for professionals to be hosted in another royal residences for some days and to temporarily become part of their team!

❗WARNING/ for this call, the member “Palace of Coudenberg” (Belgium) does not participate to the program

To submit your application, please find bellow the documents:

• Guidelines of the Mobility Grants Program (including list of contact persons and FAQ)
• Application Form
• An explanatory summary of the procedure
• List of the Per diem rates / Countries

Please note that 2 webinars will be organised by the Secretariat of the Network of European Royal Residences to present the program and answer to all the questions. Already save the date ! On 23^rd October (11 a.m Paris time) will be organized the first one ! Check the guidelines of the program to know how to join the webinar.

As each year, each application are evaluated by a steering committee on 3 Assessment criteria:

• Quality and pertinence of the mission
• Motivation
• Adequacy between the candidate’s job and the mission
